Founders Race Awards

Euclid M. Hanbury Trophy
Presented in honor of Euclid Hanbury, one of the CCV founders to the yacht with
the best corrected time in PHRF A and PHRF B

Rudy Lotz Trophy
Presented in honor of Rudy Lotz, the first CCV Commodore, for the winner of
the Founders Race in PHRF B
 

William R. Bruce Memorial Trophy
Presented in honor of Bill Bruce who was instrumental in organizing and keeping
the MORC class active in the southern Chesapeake Bay.
It goes to the winner of the Founders Race in the PHRF C class.

Benjamin S. Owens Memorial Trophy
Presented in honor of Ben Owens, who was the bulwark of the Non-Spinnaker Fleet
for decades, to the winner of that fleet in the Founders Race.
